So In This Post I Will Be Guideing You How You Can Flash Miui 8 China Developer Rom To Redmi Note 3 Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 Indian Varient And You Can Use This Flashing Guide For Both Locked & Unlocked Bootloader & You Can Also Flash The MIUI 8 Global Developer Rom Which Will Be Availbe From 11-July-2016 Globally Just Download Global MIUI 8 Rom Instead Of China Dev Rom. So Lets Start How To Flash MIUI 8 China Dev Rom To Redmi Note 3

Requirement:

Be sure to Enable USB Debugging:-

Go to About phone > tap MIUI version at least 7 times to activate the Developer options. Go to Additional settings > Developer options > USB debugging > Enable it.

USB Data cable from your set.
Battery is charged at least 50%.

So Lets Begin The Guide--

Firstly Setup And Install Drivers & MI Flash Beta From Here
Now Download The MIUI 8 China Developer Rom For Redmi Note 3 Qualcomm Fastboot ROM & Extract It
Now After Installing Drivers & Mi Flash Tool From Above Thread Reboot Your PC/Laptop

Now After Doing The Above Steps Connect Your Phone double-click on the "Minimal ADB and Fastboot" desktop shortcut, and type the following;

adb Devices Press Enter Then
adb reboot edl

Now After Entering The Above Commands Your Phone Will Reboot To Edl Mode Your Phone Red Notification Light Will Be Blinking

Now Its Time To Flash China Developer Rom --

Now Open MI Flash Beta Which You Have Downloded From The Above Point No 1

Click on the arrow near the "Browse" button in Mi Flash Tools--> Select the "Browse" option and navigate to the FastBoot ROM folder which you want to Flash and Press "OK".

- After Giving the correct path/ Browsing the Fastboot ROm folder.
- Click in the Arrow of "Browse" button and select "Advanced" this time.
- In "Advanced" option--> Navigate to the .bat file which you want to flash. Check the below Screenshot to see how each.bat file works.
Work of different bat file
- After selecting .bat file. Click on refresh.
- Your device will appear in Mi Flash Tool window if it is connected.
- After you see your device appears in Mi Flash Tool. Press Flash Button to start flashing the ROM on your device
- After clicking the "Flash" option. It will take around 2-3 minutes to flash your device.
- When the operation is completed. You will see Progress Bar in green color.
- After the complete operation your device will be booted automatically.
- Now you can enjoy your device without any Software problem. Cheers!
